The Social Enterprise knowl, in cooperation with MYTILINEOS, provides a specialized, free-of-charge program for the development and support of professional skills (soft skills) aimed at young engineers in order to strengthen their employability.

The program is based on a high standard model that uses specialized learning tools and methods. knowl is already successfully implementing its innovative, award-winning methodology in “Mellon – Skill Accelerator” since 2015.

The goal of #Skills4Engineers program is to quickly cover potential skills gaps experienced by young engineers in order to improve their professional profile and match them with the desired job.

INZEB supports the initiative #Skills4Engineers with the presentation of three (3) thematic modules. Specifically:

• The status of buildings in Europe & new available tools. Presentation of the H2020 iBRoad project (EPC 2.0).

• Introduction to energy management.
